Loaches

Loaches come in many different types. Loaches are fun and generally easy to keep fish, that are often kept in community aquariums. Generally they are peaceful scavengers that spend their time rooting about for tidbits of food on the bottom of the tank. Many prefer to be kept in schools of their own kind, and some species will literally pine away from loneliness if kept alone.
